Raw District Dubai — The Raw Collection by Imtiaz is a design concept focused on structural honesty and functional art under the motto “Your space. Your story.” It blends raw textures like concrete and timber with precision chrome, glass, and brass to turn common spaces into interactive sculpture galleries.

• The Spaces: Features zone-specific pieces like the low-slung Soft Landing Sofa for apartments; the chrome Bubble Block counter and a living tree Green Stone Table for the Clubhouse; and the Exposed rebar concrete table and cowhide Wassily Chairs for the co-working areas.

• The Lobby Installations: Creates a dramatic arrival experience using a full-chrome vintage biplane (Chrome Wing), a glass-encased raw tree log (The Wooden Cuboid), an open-layout chrome drum kit, a copper coffee cart, a massive circular leather tree-banquette, and two classic cars—a 1973 Porsche 911 and a 1968 Dodge Charger.

• The Details: Anchors the industrial theme with signature details like an illuminated Branded in Brass tile grid and Broken in Gold—an intentional, glowing kintsugi-style crack running up a raw concrete wall.
